Release 0.10

0.10 is another incremental release, tidying up a few things and adding a few minor new features.

Documentation update

I’ve started the process of getting the documentation up-to-date. There’s now a page for every dashboard item type, and many more screenshots. I’ll be continuing to update it piece by piece until every dashboard item type is documented.

Release 0.9

After 465 days since release 0.8.2, release 0.9 of Tessera is ready! This release fixes all the outstanding bug issues that have been filed, and adds some minor enhancements as well. After this release I’ll be starting on some more major refactoring work to support some of the major features that have been sitting idle for years.

Release 0.8.2

A minor enhancement release which adds tables with sparklines, and persistent sessions.

Release 0.8.0

UPDATE: Release 0.8.1 of Tessera is now available. Release 0.8.0 had a minor dependency problem. Fixing it is the only change in 0.8.1.

Release 0.7.1

Release 0.7.1 of Tessera is now available.

Release 0.7.0

Release 0.7.0 of Tessera is now available.

Release 0.6.2

Release 0.6.2 of Tessera is now available. This is a tiny bugfix release, but it fixes a super-annoying bug where queries were not immediately editable.

Release 0.6.1

Release 0.6.1 of Tessera is now available. This release brings a bunch of new features, refinement of existing features, and a ton of bug fixes and general improvements.

Copying Dashboards with curl

It’s likely that at some point you’re going to want to copy a dashboard from one instance of Tessera to another. You might have an instance running in staging, and you need to copy a new dashboard from staging to production.

Tidbits: tagged dashboard lists

One of the recent additions to Tessera is a handlebars helper to generate Markdown-formatted lists of dashboards.

Initial Documentation Ported

The initial set of documentation has been ported over from just being raw Markdown files in the github repo to being proper pages on Tessera’ Github Pages website.
